How a Commission Works
1 Share your vision
Fill out the form below with your size, subject, and the feeling you're hoping for. The more details you can give me, the better!
2 We confirm the details
I'll reply within a few days with a quote, timeline, and any questions. Once we're aligned, a nonrefundable deposit reserves your spot and is applied toward the final cost (Full payment for pieces 5” x 7” - 8” x 10” and 50% for pieces 11” x 14” and up). The balance, plus shipping or delivery, is invoiced once your piece is approved.
3 I paint your piece
Smaller works take 2–3 weeks; larger commissions (16×20 and up) take 5–7 weeks. I'll send a progress photo along the way, with one round of revisions included.
4 It comes home to you
Your finished painting is carefully packaged with a handwritten note, and shipped (or hand-delivered when we're close by) once final payment is received.
Commission Pricing
Shipping is calculated and billed separately with your final invoice; local hand-delivery may be available.
Above are the most-requested sizes, but nearly any size can be commissioned — just ask and I'll send a quote.
Smaller works include a gold plein air frame. From 18×24 and up, choose from two frames — plein air or floating — or choose a gallery-wrapped canvas with painted edges.
All paintings arrive ready to hang.
